Document Drop Off

We will create a CLIENT PORTAL through our office that will give you access to send and receive documents, and communicate with our office. If you don’t have access to upload documents, or they are too many documents or cumbersome to upload, we do offer Drop Off Services

  • AM ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES LLC will create your Online Client Portal and send you an email to access
  • You will then be sent a Tax Organizer and Engagement Letter
  • Upload all your tax documents or THE ALTERNATIVE – DROP THEM OFF AT OUR OFFICE SECURELY WITH OUR OFFICE STAFF
  • Any questions, please reach out through the Communication tab and we are available to assist you with the procedure and answer your questions.
  • We offer up to 1⁄2 hour consultation prior to or after your tax preparation via in office or Google Meet to discuss any concerns or questions.
  • When complete, we will upload your tax return to APPROVE, and once approved SIGN and we file your return electronically. THE ALTERNATIVE – YOU MAY STOP BY OUR OFFICE WHEN COMPLETE, AND SIGN AND PICK UP YOUR ORIGINALS. Once approved and signed, we will file your return electronically.
  • We will submit your invoice to be paid on the portal. THE ALTERNATIVE – you may pay your invoice when you are in office to sign and pick up your tax files.
